Forms and enquiries

What you type into a form on this site (the contact form, the site assessment request or the home cleaning price calculator) goes to our own lead service (video.ceefm.eu, hosted by Fly.io in Frankfurt, in the EU), which emails it to office@ceefm.eu through Resend, an email sending service based in the United States.

Only if our lead service cannot be reached is your enquiry sent instead through Web3Forms, a form service based in the United States, which forwards it to us by email.

We use the details you send only to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details further.

If the form cannot be sent because the connection fails, the enquiry stays in this browser until it goes through, and is then deleted from the device. It is not sent to Google or Meta while it waits. You can call or text +36 30 600 5400 in the meantime.

Cookies

No analytics or advertising cookie is set until you accept. If you accept, Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they read, and Google Ads tells us whether an ad click led to an enquiry. Both set cookies in your browser, and Google is based in the United States.

If you accept, Meta (the company behind Facebook) also receives Pixel events so we can measure Facebook advertising. We do not send your name, phone number, or email address to Meta.

If you decline, those cookies are not set. Your choice is remembered in your browser. To change it later, clear the site data for ceefm.eu in your browser settings.

The site also remembers, on this device for 90 days, the page you arrived on and the campaign details in the link you followed, so a later enquiry can show where the visit started. That record is not a cookie and is not sent to Google or Meta. It is included only when you submit a form.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent. Email office@ceefm.eu and we will reply within one month.
